Ending the Tenancy Agreement
Your Residential Tenancy Agreement is a legal and binding contract, providing protection for both you and us. You can terminate the Residential Tenancy Agreement in the following ways:
1. If you intend to vacate at the end of your Residential Tenancy Agreement you are required to give at least fourteen days (2 weeks) notice in writing prior to the expiry of the fixed term of your Agreement.
2. Once the fixed term has expired, and you have received permission to role over to a Periodic Lease all the same terms and conditions apply. If you intend to vacate, written notice must be received by our office at least two (2) weeks prior to you intended vacating date.
If however, unforeseen circumstances arise and you have to vacate prior to the expiration of your Tenancy Agreement, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to find another suitable tenant. However, you will still be responsible for the rent until another suitable tenant is found, as well as the payment of a letting fee, and all advertising costs.

Your bond will be refunded to you promptly after the property is fully vacated, less any deductions that may be agreed or directed by the tribunal. A bond refund cannot be applied for until all keys have been returned to us and an inspection has been carried out.
