When you find the right property, you will need to complete a Tenancy Application Form.  You will need to provide copies of identification to the value of 100 points with your application. For example, a Drivers Licence, ATM card, credit card and a bill addressed to you at your current address.  Note: Application must be completed and signed in full by each applicant (each person over the age of 18 is to complete an Application Form and provide the relevant supporting documentation).

Listed below are documents you may provide as well as their point value.

You may use several of the following to add to your Primary documents to reach 100 points.

Licence issued under Australian law which contains a photograph or signature

If You Wish To Use More Than One Document From This Group

the first document scores 40 points, but subsequent documents only score 25 points each.
