One of the Caloundra region's older suburbs, quiet Battery Hill has experienced excellent price growth over the past few years as investors, families and retirees snap up properties. Located just north of Dicky Beach and within one minute of the coastline, Battery Hill doesn't have any direct beachfront property but still offers a traditional seaside village lifestyle within minutes from modern conveniences. The area has been very popular with both investors and renovators.
